Stage 4

You have gotten through the bulk of onboarding. You are now ready to get started! Complete these steps to help you prepare for training.

1. Complete Bootcamp. If you haven’t completed this already from Stage 2, reach out to your manager for the link to sign up. The Bootcamp will give you information and instructions on how to prepare for your Release Presentation.

2. Obtain 10-15 non resident state licenses. You can apply for non resident licenses the same way you applied for your state licenses through NIPR. Click here or copy and paste this link top apply for non resident licenses: https://hub.app.nipr.com/my-nipr/frontend/identify-licensee

       • We also suggest to get a state if you have a strong warm market in.

3. Schedule your Release Presentation. Schedule your release presentation with your manager.

4. Set up desk & login to zoom. If you are local to the Las Vegas area, reach out to your manager regarding reserving a desk at the Las Vegas office. If you are working remote, set up your desk in a way that motivates you the most.

5. Login to all carrier websites. If you haven’t done so already, login to all carrier websites and save your usernames and passwords. There is a tab for carriers in the Google Sheet Template to save all your passwords.

   • NOTE: You will need to send Transamerica your non resident licenses as they are the only carrier that does not automatically update.
